I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were unique and added to the charm of the place, they were a bit cold at night even in August. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to drive us to the bus stop on a rainy day, but there were instances of arrogance from some staff members. The location is the highlight of this hotel, situated on the shore of the beautiful Lake Braies, offering stunning and mind-blowing views that are out of this world. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, but some dishes were disappointing. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
